Machine Safety Training Courses

Machine Safety Training

Typically a 1-day course, based around the WHS legislation and the machine safety standard series (AS 4024). This course is usually provided on-site at your premises, making it easier to maximise the number of relevant workers on site who are able to attend and ensuring the best level of understanding of machine safety for your workplace. Although a generic course is available, a popular option is to have the course tailored to include the machinery on your site as part of the training course, making it immediately relevant to your workers.

This training course is relevant to all levels from senior management to shop floor workers, including operators, maintenance and cleaning staff. Our flexibility allows us to ensure that every course is matched to the needs of the organisation and those attending.

Isolation Training & Assessment

Based around your in-house isolation (lockout-tagout) procedures, this course doesn’t stop at just providing the training but also ensures additional peace of mind for the organisation by incorporating competency assessment to demonstrate that the attendees actually understand the isolation requirements and procedures.

The training incorporates a classroom training session, followed by verbal, written and practical competency assessment using the actual equipment on site. The practical component is undertaken after close consultation with operations/maintenance management to ensure that site productivity is not affected.

Each session caters for up to 6 attendees and lasts for approximately 2.5 hours, ensuring that there is minimal impact on the organisation’s production requirements.

All training courses are available nationally, contact us today to find out how we can best assist you with your machine safety requirements.
